Accepting Rejection—without Murdering Your Ex!

Jodi Arias was convicted of murdering the ex who rebuffed her.  But can a dead relationship ever be revived?  After a partner tells you there’s no hope, notwithstanding murder, should you nonetheless push to restore the past? These were the questions in this week’s "30-Second Therapist" on the Today Show’s HEALTH page. They raise valid issues.  What do you think?

It was a busy week.  One of the TV interviews I did discussed the two Castro brothers, now having to live down the reputation of their rapist/kidnapper sibling.  You can’t help but feel for these guys who knew nothing about their brother's malfeasance.  Here’s the interview:  I’d love to hear your comments on this story, too.

I’m glad New York’s weather is getting warmer, although for me, being in CA would trump the east.  Soon!  I shine in the sun!! :)

Have a great week,
Dr. Gilda
